Flickrific: Not just another Flickr WordPress plugin…
The Flickrific plugin enables WordPress users to access photos from Flickr with minimal effort. Forget elaborate html code and dependent scripts or stylesheets: Flickrific’s templating support provides complete control over your markup!
Template tags buttons are provided so to provide easy access to all of the metadata from Flickr about your photos.
As is standard with most Flickr plugins, caching local copies of files is easy as checking the enable cache! Flickrific will let you know if you cache directory is valid.
While shortcodes are handy for more experienced users – Flickrific doesn’t demand you be shortcode proficient! Flickrific comes with an editor button so inserting Flickr images into a post or page is as simple as filling out the required fields.
This is only version 0.1 for Flickrific, so expect more comprehensive features to be added to the already simple user interface design.
Coming Support
Support for retrieving photos also from feeds, galleries and groups. Currently Flickrific can retrieve photos for searchs, by photoset or by a specific photo.
More detailed error reporting. Errors are reported to the /log/error.txt file.
